Couples and individuals who work with me strengthen and develop skills for managing the difficult parts and increasing the pleasurable parts of their lives. Based on peoples' needs and intentions for therapy, I incorporate various treatment modalities, including Transformational Couples Therapy, IFS (parts work), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, DBT as well as other approaches. For 20+ years I have enjoyed learning to be a more effective therapist, especially from my clients.
