Life is difficult, pleasurable, and everything in between! Couples and individuals people who work with me strengthen and develop skills for managing the difficult parts and increasing the pleasurable parts of their lives. Based on peoples' needs and intentions for therapy, I incorporate various treatment modalities, including Transformational Couples Therapy, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, as well as other approaches. For 20+ years I have enjoyed learning to be a more effective therapist, especially from my clients.
