I am excited to continue to be working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and hope to uplift the voices of those in marginalized communities.

Hello and welcome! In my current approach to therapy, I integrate person-centered, multicultural, and psychodynamic approaches to create a holistic and client-centered therapeutic experience. I believe in tailoring the therapeutic experience to each individual, acknowledging that we all have unique experiences, cultural backgrounds, and emotional complexities that shape who we are. With a genuine interest and commitment to fostering personal growth and well-being, I prioritize creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I value each individual’s cultural background and aim to help them understand and resolve deeper issues, promoting personal growth and self-discovery in a culturally sensitive manner. Throughout my clinical experience in the behavioral health field, I have worked with a range of populations including individuals with serious mental illness, as well as young adults and adults who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+. I have experience in treating issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, grief, and familial/relationship concerns. I am excited to continue to be working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and hope to uplift the voices of those in marginalized communities. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC-23605) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I received my Master’s of Counseling from Arizona State University and received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University. I am working towards my independent licensure under the supervision of Dr. Sophia Murphy, DBH, LPC, CPT, SXI. My goal is to empower clients to explore and achieve their fullest potential!
