I specialize in children, adolescents and young adults 2-25 years old.
I am looking forward to meeting you. I am a doctoral level clinician who is a pediatric and adolescent specialist focusing on clients 2-25 years old. I have been in practice for 28 years. My approach varies with the age and needs of each client. With my youngest clients I provide a mixture of play therapy and support for parents. For those in middle school, high school and college age ranges, I meet in an age-appropriate way offering a prescriptive mix of talk therapy and creative art/play therapy depending on their individual needs. In all cases, I focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as the platform. Additionally, I am an EMDR Level 2 provider and have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety, ADHD and OCD.
