I am a licensed psychotherapist, who works from the perspective of a contemplative, East-West psychology. This view holds that we need to integrate all dimensions of our psyche to reach optimal health. My experience is very broad, working with all kinds of populations and ages. I have more than three decades of sustained Buddhist practice as a source and foundation for the compassion and wisdom I bring to therapy.
