Helping clients identify real changes they want to make and then assisting them with executing a plan to create the change they want is my goal.
My approach to therapy is person centered and focused on providing unconditional positive regard. The goal is to help people gain their own insights and come to realizations on their own thoughts. I work with my clients to identify real changes that are needed and together we activate plans to reach those goals. I like to keep therapy practical by helping clients identify small changes they can make today. These small changes become big changes as new habits are created.
