"Curiosity meets compassion: therapy for busy lives, messy feelings, and daring personal growth."
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I provide a welcoming, safe space for people of all backgrounds and identities. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally attuned, with a focus on exploring and supporting your journey of identity formation. I often work with clients navigating self-acceptance, childhood trauma, life transitions, burnout, and the pressures of high expectations. Many of my clients struggle with getting adequate rest and cultivating self-empowerment. Together, we’ll use curiosity as a guiding tool—gently exploring patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape who you are—while also learning practical skills to manage stress and emotions. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you deepen self-awareness, strengthen healthy boundaries, and cultivate a sense of empowerment to thrive as your authentic self. You’re welcome here exactly as you are, and your growth and self-discovery are at the heart of our work together.
