LCMFT at ANew Therapy & Medication Services

Difficulty, challenges, loss, transition....all these circumstances happen to each one of us and sometimes to the point where the weight is too much to bear alone. In those moments, no one should have to walk unaccompanied. Seeking therapy for the most minor or significant reasons is the very first step in working towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. Over the course of my clinical career I've had the honor and privilege to work with clients battling their past traumatic experiences, grief, substance abuse struggles, and difficulty managing life's chaos and transitions. In my collaborative approach towards therapy, you will be informed and involved in every portion of growth along the way. Putting YOU first is a gift you deserve to give yourself. I look forward to walking beside you on your journey towards healing and wholeness of mind, body, and spirit.
