Choosing a therapist can be difficult decision. As a mental health service provider in various settings for the past 30 yrs., I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the therapeutic and healing process. Most individuals in my practice find symptom relief in as few as one to two sessions. The goal is getting people back to their baseline level of functioning and as quickly as possible. In addition to decreased mental health symptoms, we work on creating recovery goals, which will aid in living a life that is meaningful and worth living.
