I offer my clients traditional & alternative treatments for their mental health goals such as medication management and ketamine assisted therapy.

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 11 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. I hold certification as a complex trauma certified provider and am currently in training to be a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I offer my clients traditional and alternative treatment options that best fit their personal needs to help empower them on their healing journey with mental health, trauma and addiction. I value each client's unique preferences including blending various modalities to support each individual's highest level of well being. I tailor individualized treatment plans for each client according to their needs and goals. I am passionate about providing true holistic care. I offer medication support, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ketamine-assisted treatment, somatic therapy, metabolic psychiatry (nutrition focused), sleep optimization, supplementation alternatives, psychotherapy, genetic testing and other tools to help you reach your goals for treatment. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments with daytime, evening and weekend appointment availability. I look forward to working with you.
