Hello and thank you for considering me on your journey towards healing and coping with life's challenges. We offer both on-line and in-person sessions.

I have worked with individuals, women, families, mothers, couples, and college students. I have gained broad-based training and experience allowing me the opportunity to work with a wide range of clinical issues. Past positions have allowed me to work in diverse clinical settings including private practices, residential, home-based, hospitals, higher education settings, and inpatient hospitals. Through a collaborative approach and evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solutions-Focused, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I help clients come up with tools to help them navigate difficult moments and adjust to their new life.
