Life is chaotic, stressful, complex, beautiful, and quite the journey. But you don't need to go through this journey alone. If you're wanting a safe, comfortable, welcoming place to make changes, learn your patterns, or even just need a listening ear, I am here and happy to help. My name is Marie Miles and I truly enjoy assisting clients in exploring their wants and needs to make a positive change in their life. I want clients to feel safe, heard, seen, and understood. There are several ways to engage in therapy and I'd feel honored to help explore those with you. I have experience in working with many populations and a wide variety of life struggles. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and am currently working on my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).
