How I Help There are many ways to approach problems, and I will assess your needs and take into account which therapy method will match who you are as well as what will best benefit you. I use short-term therapies: Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral. Other therapies used include Humanistic, Existential, EMDR, and Attachment-Based. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked over 20 years as a project manager and program manager in the high-tech industry. My specialty is diversity and that includes whatever you bring to therapy. I look forward to seeing if we are a match in working together toward your goals.
