Mariah Hutchinson

Mariah Hutchinson is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota, offering online therapy for adults, seniors, and young adults. With over 8 years of experience, she provides somatic therapy and trauma therapy for anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Mariah is an LGBTQ-affirming therapist who supports neurodivergent individuals and people of color. She offers a sliding scale and accepts out-of-pocket payments. My life and work is oriented from a trauma informed, intersectional feminist, anti-racist/liberation for all perspective, as well as being a HAES, fat liberation therapist. My work is grounded in narrative therapy, somatic therapy, and attachment theory, supported by curiosity and creativity. I work with adults of many intersecting identities, exploring gender, sexuality, pleasure related concerns, and various relationship structures, such as non-monogamy. I have a commitment to working with queer and trans folks, and my experience includes working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder among other life experiences.
