I am looking forward to coming alongside you on your journey! As a practicing therapist for over 17 years, I firmly believe that we all can benefit from and deserve space to be witnessed and heard. I have a passion for working with clients during fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, in processing traumatic birth/NICU experiences, and in the parenting years. Many clients I see face challenges with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, stress, work/life balance, and have experienced traumatic events. I utilize a blend of traditional therapy approaches along with experiential modalities such as Brainspotting, Mindfulness exercises, and Guided Visualizations to tailor the therapeutic experience.
