Dr. Maria Farha helps patients gain clarity, understanding, and direction through comprehensive psychological assessment and diagnostic evaluation. Practicing at LifeStance Health and serving patients across Kansas, she provides careful, individualized evaluations for teens, adults, and seniors who are seeking answers, treatment guidance, or documentation to support their mental health and medical needs. Dr. Farha specializes in psychological testing with a strong focus on ADHD, anxiety disorders, and autism-related evaluations. She conducts in-depth assessments that support diagnostic clarity for concerns such as attention difficulties, mood symptoms, trauma-related conditions, and complex clinical presentations. Her work includes evaluations for adolescents and teens, as well as adults and older adults, with an emphasis on clear explanations, practical recommendations, and collaboration with referring providers when appropriate. In addition to these core areas, she offers additional assessment services to address a broad range of psychological and cognitive concerns. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital and those who need disability-related documentation. Dr. Farha understands that transitions following hospitalization can feel overwhelming and works to provide thorough evaluations that help stabilize care, guide next steps, and support continuity of treatment. She also assists patients navigating disability paperwork, offering detailed, well-documented psychological assessments that reflect each individual’s functional needs and clinical history. Dr. Farha has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals on the autism spectrum, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military members and veterans. She also offers services in French for patients who prefer care in that language. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Farha enjoys singing, playing pickleball, and spending time socializing, activities that reflect her appreciation for connection and balance.
