I provide in person and virtual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, and Couples Therapy. I am a LGBTQAI+ Ally.
The practice services individuals, families, and couples. I have worked in the child welfare foster care unit in the independent living program, which included youth 14 and up. I have dedicated most of my time advocating for individuals who spent time in the foster care system. i am a lifetime alumni of Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in Psychology which focused on adolescent behaviors and development. I received her Masters in Clinical Social Work at Norfolk State University. I completed studies at Capella University with a Doctorate of Social Work.

- Suicidal intent or a plan
- Escalating reckless or impulsive behavior
- Suicide attempt
- Substance use
- Severe emotional stress or trauma
Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
