Margarita Baez

Margarita is a License Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) offering individual therapy to clients ages 18 and older. She has a background working with children, adolescents, parents and adults in various setting including: community mental health agencies, university counseling centers, rape crisis center, and university career center. Margarita has experience working with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, emerging adulthood, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, trauma and career exploration. She utilizes various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Sandtray, tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each individual. She is passionate about providing a safe & collaborative space where individuals feel seen, heard and empowered to grow and work through the life difficulties that brought them into therapy.
