I am trained and have experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and caregivers/families as they navigate through life transitions, relationships, and mental health challenges.
