Health & Sport Psychologist specializing in anxiety, eating disorders, sleep issues and injury recovery. Welcoming all athletes!

I specialize in helping athletes struggling with some of the most common issues they face-- anxiety, depression, eating disorders, insomnia, pain and injuries. I have successfully seen athletes through all of these difficult challenges, and more. I'm a sport psychology specialist who “gets it”. Over the past few years I hear "I feel so overwhelmed" a lot. I understand athletes have immense physical, performance and time demands that take a toll on mental health. My practice is centered around mind and body connections, and I help athletes understand how their mood and thoughts (mind) affect their performance, sleep, injury recovery, pain (body), and vice versa. My expertise is with CBT and ACT, but I also incorporate positive psychology, wellness coaching and mindfulness therapies. Athletes love that I listen very attentively, provide a lot of feedback, and am goal-oriented.
