We are an outpatient therapy clinic that offers support for individuals experiencing a wide-range of mental health symptoms. We are passionate about the work that we do and the people that we strive to support. We have a handful of clinicians that range in gender, age, and specialties around diagnosis' they work with as well as treatment models that they use. Wisemind is a safe space where everyone is encouraged to receive support and compassion.
Practice hours (CDT)
Accepts new patients after hospitalization for
- Manic episodes
- Severe depression
- Self-harming behavior
- Suicidal intent or a plan
- Altered mental status or delirium
- Psychosis (delusions and hallucinations)
- Escalating reckless or impulsive behavior
- Suicide attempt
- Severe emotional stress or trauma
Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
