I have been working as a psychoanalyst for sixteen years and understand how challenging it can be to seek help at times. My analytical work involves creating a space of freedom and trust where judgments are set aside, allowing for an immersion in the pure flow of words, memories, emotions, and ideas. By listening to oneself and being prompted by my questions, comments, dialogue, and, above all, my attentive listening, changes occur, including relieving symptoms.
