Sometimes life feels like it sucks, and sometimes we feel like we suck too. Sometimes it feels like life sucks all the time. Yes, I’m a therapist, but I’m human first, and I promise to treat you like one. I use proven, evidence-based methods to pinpoint problems and find solutions. Knowledge is key, and I work hard to provide clients with useful information to help them reach their goals. My style is casual, laid-back, and authentic. I pride myself on being real and keeping things honest. Stigma can make seeking therapy harder, especially for men. I have experience working with men, especially men of color, who might be in therapy for the first time. I look forward to collaborating with you to build awareness and skills for managing the stresses of work, relationships, self-esteem, and tough life transitions.
