Psychologist
I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. I believe in creating a genuine and authentic connection with each client.
My approach to therapy employs existential and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies with adjunctive interpersonal process techniques. Client’s presenting concerns often include mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief and loss, relationships, personal growth, existential concerns, and general adjustment concerns. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective, use evidence-based strategies, and will work with you to collaboratively set goals to meet your individual needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice. I look forward to meeting you.
