I grew in my clinical skills through years of practice with all clients, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability. I use various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment, TRI (Traumatic Incident Reduction), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing).
