Hi! I’m Maggie, an inclusive, trauma-informed, down-to-earth therapist who believes in celebrating your authentic self.

My approach creates a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self; I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, & life transitions, often working with students, professionals, survivors, & athletes. I received my Master’s in Advanced Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. I’ve conducted research at the University of Cambridge and King’s College, & completed specialized training in Clinical Sports Social Work & Somatic Stress Release. We will work together to support both mind & body, helping you regulate your nervous system, build emotional regulation, & gently shift the patterns that no longer serve you. For an integrative, trauma-informed approach, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts Work, Somatic practices, and, when helpful, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Above all, I aim to create a therapeutic space that is nonjudgmental, affirming, and collaborative, where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. You already carry incredible strengths. Together, we’ll explore and amplify them, fostering a deeper connection to your values, your voice, and sense of empowerment. As Maya Angelou said, “And still I rise.”
