Compassionate, judgment-free care to help you build real coping skills and navigate life on your own terms.

Hi, I'm Maggie. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 6 years of experience and a Substance Abuse Counselor with 20 years of experience helping adults through life's hardest chapters — anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My background spans partial hospitalization, inpatient psychiatric, residential, medical, and community-based settings, so I've worked with people across a wide range of struggles. I'm intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I also draw on CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices — tailoring the mix to what actually works for you rather than sticking to one script. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to say the real thing, not the version you think you're supposed to say. We'll focus on practical, usable skills, and I'll treat you as the expert on your own life. I'm an affirming therapist who welcomes clients across the full spectrum of gender identities, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences. You don't need to explain or justify who you are here. You don't need to have things figured out before reaching out. That's often the whole reason people start therapy in the first place.
