I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice at Legacy Mental Health Center.

Making the decision to start therapy can be a difficult one, and I hope to be able to make it feel a little more comfortable for you. I understand the importance of working collaboratively to develop insight, implement new skills, and in creating plans for you to reach your goals. I often see adults who are navigating concerns related to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and major life transitions. My hope for you is that therapy can be a place where you feel grounded in the midst of life’s never ending changes. I rely on evidence based practices such as motivational interviewing, and skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to guide therapy sessions. I am also licensed in drug and alcohol counseling and enjoy working with individuals affected by addiction in various ways.
