In therapy, your story is honored as you walk the path to healing and wholeness. I provide services that are inclusive to diverse individuals, families and couples experiencing a variety of circumstances and issues. I approach therapy with a deep belief that you bring unique strengths and resiliency that can be leveraged to create your own change and meet the therapeutic goals that you identify. My role is to support you, walk with you and illuminate your path in pursuit of meaningful change. My hope is that therapy will provide an accepting and safe holding space for you and that the healing, growth and change that occurs in therapy will radiate outward into your life and relationships.
