I am Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus on helping clients process difficult topics to achieve a more fulfilled, and joyful way of living! In the counseling relationship, I provide an empathetic, and empowering environment that holds the client in a safe space of unconditional positive regard. I believe in the power that exists within the self. The goal of the therapeutic relationship is to actualize this power in order to benefit the individual. and the family system they belong to. This could be family of origin, a family of found friends, a committed relationship, or traditional nuclear family. The definition of "family" is ever changing, and unique to each human experience of it.
