I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Arizona & Ohio. I offer individual counseling for individuals 18+ and offer group therapy for college-aged individuals (IOP). I created and facilitate the CMW IOP to help individuals process stressors & gain healthy coping skills. I utilize a strengths-based, collaborative approach to support you in overcoming life's challenges that prevent you from reaching your goals. I implement a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet the individualized needs of my patients including CBT, DBT, & Solution Focused Therapy.
