Madeline Eads, LISW-CP, supports adults throughout South Carolina as they navigate life’s various transitions and emotional challenges. By offering a clinical environment centered on respect, compassion, and individualized healing, she assists those dealing with anxiety, depression, and the uncertainties that accompany different stages of adulthood. Her practice includes both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each person’s unique needs are addressed through a supportive and encouraging framework. A significant focus of Madeline’s work involves assisting individuals who have recently been discharged from psychiatric hospitalization. Recognizing that this transition can often feel isolating or overwhelming, she is dedicated to helping her clients stabilize, rebuild their sense of safety, and regain confidence in their daily routines. To achieve these goals, she utilizes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, which empower clients to manage intense emotions and strengthen their coping skills. Beyond post-hospitalization care, Madeline specializes in working with individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma-related concerns, and women’s issues. She is deeply committed to providing inclusive and specialized care for the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, first responders, and individuals connected to adoption or foster care. This breadth of experience allows her to meet patients exactly where they are, addressing immediate difficulties while working toward long-term goals. Outside of her clinical practice, Madeline finds joy in reading, attending concerts, relaxing with naps, and enjoying all things Disney.
