I think everyone can benefit from learning how to use our emotions to our advantage.

I hold a master's degree in mental health counseling from Northwestern University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I look for strengths in people because it's not enjoyable or helpful to solely talk about the things that trouble us. Much of my clinical training has been in eating disorders and I particularly love working with teens and young adults. Finding the right fit with a therapist is really important, so I'm happy to have a conversation ahead of scheduling an intake appointment.
