Through our work together, I will highlight the strengths that you already hold as we create new strategies for mindfulness, self-regulation, and balance.

I would be honored to walk with you on your journey to growth, self-awareness, and positive change that you are seeking. Whether you are struggling with challenges pertaining to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or ADHD, I am here to partner with you as you gain a deeper understanding of these challenges, explore healthier and more hopeful ways to cope, and grow closer to the person you want to become. Using the knowledge I have built from my coursework and training from NC State University, I will approach your counseling journey holistically, non-judgmentally, and practically. I am excited to work with teens and young adults utilizing Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Person-Centered therapies. I will highlight the strengths that you already hold as we create new strategies for mindfulness, self-regulation, and balance. I am also happy to integrate faith into the counseling process upon request. I look forward to working with you and hearing your incredibly valuable story.
