Welcome, I am so glad you are here. I have experience with a variety of mental health concerns, but I would consider my specialties to be trauma, self esteem, and grief. Maybe you've experienced something traumatic that is causing you stress or pain? Maybe a trip to see your family has brought up feelings you didn't know you carried? I believe I can help survivors of trauma process what occurred and work through symptoms, learn that they are not defined by the trauma, and go on to live the best version of their lives. I also have experiencing helping people with self esteem and grief. Grief can be complicated, and does not conform to a time line. I can help clients process their grief and work towards acceptance. Some approaches I use include the Strengths Based Perspective, Attachment theory, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
