Support for eating disorder recovery and weight-inclusive nutrition counseling.

We are a group practice of Registered Dietitians who specialize in eating disorder recovery and nutrition counseling for various health needs with a non-diet approach. Whether you are at the beginning of your recovery journey or have been on the journey for some time, we will meet you where you're at. We understand that reaching out for support with eating can feel vulnerable so it's important to us to create a space that is safe and supportive. All of our dietitians have worked in higher levels of care for eating disorder recovery so we understand how to support clients when they step down from a higher level of care and when they may need more support to step up to a higher level. Our approach is collaborative and grounded in the understanding that eating concerns often intersect with mental health, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and neurodivergence. We have a HAES (Health at Every Size) approach, are trauma-informed, and provide gender and queer affirming care. With clients, we explore the intersecting factors shaping their relationship with food and body, including systems of oppression, identity, and culture. We provide a free introduction call to see if we can be a good fit to support you. Please fill out the contact form on our website if you are interested in working with us!
