Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I am constantly striving to cultivate a safe, trusting, warm, and nonjudgmental atmosphere.

I believe that creating and maintaining a welcoming and trusting environment will result in growth and healing. Therapy should not feel like a contractual agreement, but rather a collaborative journey that includes all of these elements. I integrate many evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), elements of the Gottman Method, and Family Systems Theory. We all face moments where vulnerability and hopelessness start to creep into our lives, but we were never meant to combat them in solitude. I believe that when we are truly seen and heard, something changes. I would be honored to be part of your story and help you feel seen, heard, and understood!
