I believe in a collaborative approach to develop either individual counseling goals or explore options during consultations for developing a plan to achieve goals. I will walk next to you in a non-judgmental way and all interventions and desire outcomes will be align with your personality and needs. My goal is to help you overcome life stressors and help you regain your wellbeing and improve your quality of life.
