I'm a bilingual mental health and substance abuse counselor, and it is my goal to provide you with a comfortable, safe and supportive environment conducive to growth and improvement of your quality of life by learn ways to cope, adjust, modify and address barriers that are impacting your life. I believe in a collaborative approach to develop either individual counseling goals or explore options during consultations for developing a plan to achieve goals. I will walk next to you in a non-judgmental way and all interventions and desire outcomes will be align with your personality and needs. My goal is to help you overcome life stressors and help you regain your wellbeing and improve your quality of life.
