Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Explore what’s beneath the surface, understand your patterns, and build a more grounded, connected, and authentic life.
I work with people who are often navigating relationships, identity, transitions, anxiety, burnout, and the lingering impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware -- they’ve done a lot of reflecting, but still feel stuck in the same patterns or unsure what real change looks like. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I integrate psychodynamic, attachment-based, and somatic therapy with Internal Family Systems and mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath old patterns-- the emotions, stories, and protective strategies that once made sense but may now be holding you back. In our work, I help you make sense of where your struggles come from and connect with yourself in new, more compassionate ways. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or worksheets — it’s about developing insight, emotional flexibility, and the capacity to feel more at ease in your life and relationships. If this resonates, you can reach out through my website or email to schedule a consultation.
