I’m Dr. Lucia Stubbs, a licensed psychologist and founder of Deeper Insights. I offer both neuropsychological evaluations and integrative therapy for children, adults, and families. Whether you’re exploring a diagnosis like ADHD or autism, navigating trauma, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I aim to provide clarity, compassion, and direction. My therapy style is holistic and collaborative — I draw from CBT, AEDP, IFS, DBT, and mindfulness to support the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I also specialize in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care that recognizes each client’s unique context and lived experience.
