I am looking forward to meeting with you. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, and focus on the mind, body, and spirit to help find balance and happiness back into life. I have worked in a multitude of settings, and have 23 years of experience in the mental health field. I will use evidence-based techniques to help you develop the skills and tools to carry on in life. I will be honest with you, and help you make sense of how past experiences impact you now.
