Lori Andre-Van Lith
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice. I work with mental health and performance related concerns.
I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been practicing for 25 years and I am passionate about the work I do. I enjoy working with psychological aspects of athletes, including mental health and mental skills training. I “meet” athletes where they are and help them get to where they want to be. It takes work on both our parts, and I am committed to that work. I use evidence-based strategies, as well as organic ideas that come from listening to an athlete. I can think inside and outside the box. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical factors in my practice. I honor each athlete’s unique differences and will help them fight for equity in sports.
