We welcome all. Therapy provides a supportive space for self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation. Contact us today for a free consultation!

At our mental health agency, we understand that seeking therapy is a big step, & we commend you for taking it towards healing and growth. Our therapy sessions offer a supportive space for self-discovery, empowerment, & transformation to well-being. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, struggle to maintain focus, & lack motivation. I help individuals who engage in self-critical thoughts & experience deepening depressive feelings, providing a supportive environment. In our sessions, people will get to discuss themes such as managing anxiety and stress, restoring motivation and involvement, and deepening self-awareness. They'll find a caring, supportive environment to explore their thoughts and emotions. In sessions with a cognitive and somatic therapist, you can expect a blend of traditional talk therapy and somatic (body-focused) techniques. This holistic approach allows you to explore and understand your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations
