My specific specialty is Maternal Mental Health. I believe Maternal Mental Health Care is a necessity, not a privilege. I’m committed to supporting those affected by Perinatal Mood and Anxiety issues by ensuring that they receive holistic, quality and specialized care. Some issues include postpartum depression/anxiety/rage, lack of bonding with baby, intrusive & scary thoughts, pregnancy and infant loss, birth & reproductive trauma, fertility challenges and loss, postpartum intimacy, loss of sens of autonomy, and being ok with "good enough" parenting.
