(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I support my clients by helping to build skills to help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as generational/past trauma and everyday life stressors.
I view therapy as a supportive and collaborative process where you feel truly seen, valued, and understood. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients ranging from ages 16 to 100 who are facing challenges such as, ADHD, anxiety, depression, major life changes, or difficulties in relationships. My style is warm, grounded, practical, and enthusiastic when needed! I will meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that aligns with your goals and feels manageable over time. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in your unique strengths. I incorporate trauma-informed, evidence-based practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and relational work to support deeper self-understanding, meaningful change, and stronger connections. I provide a person-centered approach offering honest reflection, curiosity, and practical tools along the way. Our sessions are always shaped by your values, your pace, and what feels most important to you. I offer individual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and conflict. As a North Carolina-based provider, I offer online therapy sessions via secure video to make mental health care more accessible across the state. I’m in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare, and also offer a sliding scale for those paying out of pocket. If you’re looking for trauma-informed therapy for teens in North Carolina or support from an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation.
