I specialize in helping folks of all identities navigate trauma, anxiety and self-identity.

Through the combination of trauma-informed neuroscience and the application of embodiment, I am able to support clients with a “top-down” and “bottom-up”therapeutic approach. By detangling complex emotions and building nervous system resiliency, this approach supports more holistic and long-lasting healing. I approach the human experience as being unique to an individual’s personal relationship with themselves and their environment. I strive to practice radical appreciation of each person’s unique resiliency. I commonly incorporate visualization, movement, somatic reflection, and the expressive arts into my therapeutic work as well as traditional talk therapy models like IFS parts-work and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I am dedicated to unraveling interlocking societal oppressive structures in my personal and professional life through social justice embodiment and education.
