Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, Gottman Method for couples, play therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients address negative thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional challenges. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions. I build trust and understanding through reflective listening while customizing my methods to align with each client’s journey.
