I specialize in clinical counseling, offering support to adolescents, teens, adults, and couples dealing with mental health challenges and life transition

I employ various counseling approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, Gottman Method for couples, play therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients address negative thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional challenges. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions. I build trust and understanding through reflective listening while customizing my methods to align with each client’s journey. I aim to empower clients to reframe their perspectives, overcome obstacles, and improve their mental well-being. Whether through in-person or online sessions, I am committed to providing support, guidance, and encouragement as clients navigate their healing and self-discovery journey.
