Let's get introspective.

Therapy with me is about tenderly confronting the discomforts of your life. I work to create safety with you so we can go there. Communication, consent, and boundaries are important parts of the work we do together. Please, show up as yourself. My approach is insight-oriented and emotionally focused. The therapy is based in Existential theory, with influences of Gestalt theory, somatic work, multiculturalism, and mindfulness techniques. I believe that change happens when we become aware of our choices, so the focus of therapy is discovering self-awareness while considering the context of systemic power structures.
