Hi! Is your body image and nutrition taking over your entire life? Want to improve your health overall in the areas of nutrition and fitness without your mental health going to shit? Want to have a better relationship with your body and food, but not end up with an eating disorder -or recover if you already have one? Are you burned out from trying to get lean/lose weight? From trying to eat healthy/exercise “right”? Want to reach your body composition goals and eat without being tormented by guilt, shame and obsession? I’d love to support you. I provide client centered, trauma informed and LGBTQIA+ friendly nutrition counseling. You do not need to be underweight nor have an eating disorder in order to work with me, although I welcome those individuals as well. If you are underweight, in a larger body or anywhere in between I would love to support you with your wellness goals! I can only see clients with Aetna and BlueCross BlueShield insurance who are located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida or California. Most clients have a $0 co-pay for their sessions. You may be able to receive my counseling for no additional cost to what you/your policy holder already pay.
