Whatever you are struggling with, I am here to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and genuine environment to help you begin your journey to feeling better. I look forward to helping you define your strengths, so we can use those as a roadmap to overcome your struggles. My therapy approach is relational, strengths- based, and collaborative.
