I work well with young adults and young professionals faced with the stressor of social media, procrastination, perfectionism, people pleasing, dating/relationships, transitions into adulting (professionalism). My training has allowed me to be culturally aware & appropriate and practice cultural humility which helps you open up about your own traditions, values and upbringing. I am first generation American from a Mexican(Spanish speaking) home, which has allowed me to understand and be aware of cultural dynamics in similar situations.
